Dispage -Inner Demon-

meet dispage, one of my many inner demons.
Allow me to explain him to you, and give a little story as well.

Dispage is a demon that's all about putting on a front. Everythings a display for him. Look cool, be frightening, scare the crap out of people. But if you don't let yourself be fooled by his displays, you discover that just under the surface he's a lovable guy, just wants to be hugged every now and again, wants someone to understand him.
But he is also the part of me that let's people beat the shit out of my self-confidence. He only lets me fight back when things get physical, and that's because he can't hold back my next demon, Avengel.
He's the part of me that knows just how to put on the tough outer shell. He's the one that's trained me to be the girl that no one messes with. He's good at what he does...

He was watching through my eyes. I don't know when he started being a part of me, he just sort've slowly crept in. Slowly formed himself.
Now he's an integral part of me. I can't let him go. If I did, I'd fall apart. He makes sure nothing gets to me. He makes sure no one would dare try to get to me.
I walk past a group of preppy girls on my way to find my friends, and I hear him growl. In two seconds my walls are up again, and as soon as they start giggling from behind me, I glance over my shoulder, the sharp burn in my eye. I make sure they see the switchblade in my hand.
That shuts them up.
And I keep walking.

Sadly enough though, this guy is easily confused for Avengel, my demon of rage (I'll be posting him/her/IT in a couple days). But the main differences between them are:
Avengel wants to scare people for enjoyment, Dispage does it as a defense mechanism.
If it ever came down to it, Dispage wouldn't hurt a fly. Avengel would, and it wouldn't stop hurting the fly until it was in a comatic state.
Avengel is just plain sick, unloving, and has no humanity. Dispage is too loving underneath his shell.
